Selling your home begins well before we get buyers walking through your space. It begins with a conversation to determine if we're a good fit; me learning about your needs and wants, you learning about me as a person and professional, etc. It is a fluid process, really, based on your timeline and goals. A key component of my job is to advise you of your options at various stages and then act on your (lawful!) instruction. This is the overarching basis of our relationship - and it keeps you in control of your process. A market evaluation is important to get up front. I provide this within 24 hours of our initial meeting. Once we agree on the list price, timeline, and best strategy for getting the sale price you want, we sign the contract and I bring in my photography and floorplan team. We're off!
